Complaints Procedure

At Osteopathy ‘t Hart, it is important that every client feels heard and taken seriously. If something does not go as desired, this can be reported directly to the practice. This way, we can work together to find a suitable solution and further improve care in the future.

If it is not possible to reach a solution, the complaint can be submitted to the Dutch Register for Osteopathy (NRO), with which the practice is affiliated. More information about the procedure can be found on the NRO website.
