1. General
   1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Osteopathy ‘t Hart.
   1.2 By using the services of Osteopathy ‘t Hart, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
   2.1 Osteopathy ‘t Hart offers osteopathic treatments as described on the website or as discussed with the client.
   2.2 Treatments are performed by a qualified osteopath.
   2.3 The treatment and advice are tailored to the individual needs of the client.

3. Appointments and Cancellations
   3.1 Appointments can be made by phone, email, or in person.
   3.2 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations or no-shows, a fee of 50 euros will be charged.
   3.3 Osteopathy ‘t Hart reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of force majeure (e.g., illness or technical issues).

4. Payments
   4.1 Payments must be made according to the established rates of Osteopathy ‘t Hart.
   4.2 Payments are normally settled immediately via debit card or other methods accepted by Osteopathy ‘t Hart.
   4.3 Invoices must be paid within the specified payment term.

5. Liability
   5.1 Osteopathy ‘t Hart strives to perform treatments with the utmost care and expertise.
   5.2 Osteopathy ‘t Hart is only liable for damage that is the direct result of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
   5.3 Osteopathy is a complementary care and does not replace medical treatment. Advice from a physician should always be followed.

6. Privacy
   6.1 Personal data of clients are treated confidentially and processed in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).

7. Complaints Procedure
   7.1 Osteopathy ‘t Hart is affiliated with a recognized complaints and dispute resolution procedure.
   7.2 Complaints can initially be reported directly to Osteopathy ‘t Hart. If a solution is not reached, the client can turn to the independent dispute committee as mentioned on the website.

8. Amendments
   8.1 Osteopathy ‘t Hart reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amended conditions will be published on the website and are applicable from that moment on.
